Attendance Report (App)
The Today’s Attendance module provides a real-time overview of all employees’ check-in activity for the current workday. This dashboard helps supervisors, Construction Managers, and Company Admins quickly verify who is on-site, who has checked out, and who did not show up.
Key Features
Employee List: Displays all team members assigned to the project or crew, including their role and crew ID.
Punch In Time: Shows the exact time the employee checked in for the day.
Punch Out Time: Shows the time the employee checked out. If an employee has not checked out, the system marks it as No Check-Out.
Status Badges:
Active – Employee is currently clocked in.
Punched Out – Employee completed their shift and checked out.
No Show – Employee did not check in for the day.
Pagination & Rows per Page: Allows users to navigate through the list and customize how many records are visible at once.
How It Helps
This module gives management a clear snapshot of workforce attendance, supporting payroll accuracy, productivity tracking, and on-site accountability. It ensures that foremen always know who is present, who is working, and who missed their shift.
