Main Dashboard
Description
This dashboard is available for Company Admins and Construction Managers. Foremen can access this view as well, but they will see metrics that are placeholders only. This is because Construction Managers typically have an overview of all projects within the company, whereas Foremen may not be assigned to all projects.

Functionalities available
Dashboard Widgets:
Select Project: Dropdown to select different projects to view specific data. It will only show active projects in the list.
Injuries Today: Tracks any reported injuries on the current day.
Incidents Reported Today: Overview of any incidents reported within the day.
Time Off Request: Overview of current time off requests pending to approve.
Timesheets to Approve: Widget to access timesheets that need approval.
Employee’s Absence Status: Quick summary of employees absent today, broken down by role (Construction Manager, Foreman, Technician).
Audit Fails: Lists recent audits that didn’t pass and their outcomes.
Safety Rep. Inactions: Reports on safety representative missed audits.
Crew Strength: A glance at the attendance percentage of various crews.
Other Sections:
Open Expense Requests: View and manage expense submissions.
Incident Reports: Summary of incident reports filed.
Time Off Request Details: Detailed view of each request, including employee name, dates, reasons, and status.
Budget and Expenses: Graph showing the budget versus actual expenses for projects.
Dashboard usage
The Main Dashboard displays real-time performance metrics across active projects. It helps supervisors quickly track safety status, timesheets, crew attendance, and operational tasks requiring attention.
This image shows the Main Dashboard, which is accessible only to Company Admins and Construction Managers. If your company has multiple Construction Managers, as a Company Admin, you can assign them to different projects.
